The entire exterior was pressure washed, scraped, and sanded. It was also primed and painted with exterior mildew resistant paint. All exterior doors were prepped and painted with oil base paint. On the interior, all cracks, holes, and any other imperfections on sheetrock were repaired. The entire interior was textured, primed, and painted. All of the interior trim was painted by hand with an oil based paint.
San Felipe
The existing, non-compliant deck railings were removed and was replaced with new railings, as per Texas Property Code requirements.
